About the Journal of Economic Insight
The Journal of Economic Insight is published bi-annually by the Missouri Valley Economics Association. This journal publishes original research across all field of economics and is ranked by the Australian Deans Business Council. It is indexed by EconLit, e-JEL, JEL on CD, Sociological Abstracts, and Academic Search. Abstracts can be found on RePEc. In addition, the Missouri Valley Economics Association has entered into an electronic licensing relationship with EBSCO Publishing. The full text of published articles can be found on EBSCO Publishing’s databases and also on the journal's website.
The Journal of Economic Insight is a general interest journal that publishes high quality, original research across a broad array of topics, comments on recently published research, and academic book reviews. Contributions can be both empirical and theoretical in nature but should offer additional insights into contemporary economic issues.
